In the beginning, there was:

Little Gem Caesar– housemade Caesar, Parmesan, hand torn croutons

Jumbo lump blue crab cake– roasted corn, green garbanzo, baby arugula, creole mustard aioli

Beef carpaccio– baby arugula, shaved parmesan, fennel, Vrisi 36 EVOO, mustard aioli

Jumbo shrimp cocktail– horseradish spiked cocktail sauce, roasted garlic remoulade, lemon

 

And the main attraction:

Filet Mignon– Yukon potato puree, asparagus, truffle butter, cabernet demi

Seared Diver Scallops– beluga lentil tabbouleh, orange, fennel, capers

Yellowtail Snapper Filet– ancient grains rice, bok choy, snow pea, tri-citrus beurre blanc

 

Last but not forgotten:

Chocolate Bomb: chocolate truffle, milk chocolate mousse, bittersweet chocolate ganache, Amarena cherry

Key Lime Crème Brûlée– coconut meringue, graham cracker crumb, fresh berries
